Please do not send payoff checks to our street address. We can not accept payments at our office. Please mail them to our payment address (below).

All creditor address changes need to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court.

Mortgage servicing changes and mortgage payment changes MUST be filed with the Bankruptcy Court.  The Trustee’s office cannot make changes on a mortgage claim unless the servicing documents or the payment change information is properly filed Bankruptcy Court.
